REGULAR AGENDA

1.  Request to make appointment to fill vacancy on the Southeast Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission Revolving Loan Fund Board – Alice Beckham APPROVED

2.  Request to approve the 2017 insolvents, error and taxes in litigation and uncollected insolvents and litigations for previous years for final settlement with the State of Alabama – Starla Moss, Revenue Commissioner  APPROVED

3.  Request to adopt resolution to transfer building located at 179 N. Foster Street to the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority and to authorize Commission Chairman to execute documents APPROVED

4.  Request to approve budget amendment for inmate drug and medical supplies from $85,000 to $170,000 – Major B. Rafferty, Houston County Sheriff’s Department APPROVED

5.  Request from Sheriff’s Department to approve Budget Amendment to add five (5) additional deputies effective 8/1/18 in the amount of $42,340.40 APPROVED

6.  Request to approve Budget Amendment decreasing the 2017-2018 appropriation to the Houston County School Board by $41,667.00 APPROVED
