Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Railroad Management Company IV, LLC for a license for the period from and after the Effective Date until June 1, 2038 for the sum of $6,183.75.

Res. No._________Entering into a Support Maintenance Contract with Conduent Government Systems, LLC for maintenance and Firehouse software updates for a one year period at a cost of $22,620.00.

Res. No._________Entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) for reimbursement of registration fees in the amount of $3,900.00 for student officers successfully graduating from the Alabama Criminal Justice Training Center (ACTJC) in Selma, Alabama.

Res. No._________Accepting funding from the Wal-Mart Foundation Local Communities Program to be used for “Save-a-Dog” in the amount of $500.00.
