Traffic Stop Lands Atleast Three in Jail on Drug Charges

On November 1, 2018,  Officers with the Marianna Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 1995 Honda Van because the driver Dillin Foulks was operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended.


Upon making contact with the driver, Dillin Foulks, Officers detected indicators of possible criminal activity.  A K9 Officer with the Davie Police Department arrived and conducted an open air sniff of the vehicle with his K9 partner.  The K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics odor emanating from within the vehicle.


A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.  Inside the vehicle Officers located two methamphetamine smoking pipes, 6.6 grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana. 


Dillin Foulks was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 100 feet of a place of worship and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Tiffany Beaulieu was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Willis Mckinnie Jr was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.


All three were transported to the Jackson County Correction Facility to await first appearance.
