Traffic Stop Lands One in Jail on Drug Charges

On Tuesday April 16, 2019 at approximately 11:22pm, a traffic stop was conducted, by officers of the Marianna Police Department, on a silver in color 2019 Toyota Corolla, due to a traffic infraction.
During the course of the traffic stop the driver identified herself as Jessica Lynne Moore, of Bonifay Florida, providing her Florida driver’s license for verification. During the course of the traffic stop, the odor of Marijuana was noted to be emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Moore was directed to exit the motor vehicle and advised, a probable cause search was going to be conducted.
While conducting the search, marijuana in an amount less than 20 grams was recovered along with cocaine, methamphetamine, THC oil and paraphernalia used to ingest narcotics.
Jessica Lynne Moore was then placed under arrest for the above mentioned charges and delivered to Jackson County Correctional Facility to await First Appearance.
