Traffic Stop Lands One in Jail on Trafficking Charges

On Friday January 18, 2019 Houston County Sheriff’s Office Vice Division and the Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, occupied by Teresa Lynn Liles (34 years old Dothan, Alabama). The result of an ongoing investigation.
The traffic stop resulted in the recovery of four ounces of methamphetamine with a street value of $4,500.00 and one ounce of marijuana with a street value of $90.00.
Investigators also recovered hypodermic needles, syringes, digital scales, and baggies.
Lyles was charged with: Drug Trafficking (methamphetamine)
BOND: $125,000.00
Possession of Marijuana 1st
BOND: $10,000.00
