ALABAMA: This morning I heard Alabama State Troopers as they called “ 10-8 “ ( In Service ). Within minutes they started.
In multiple counties and multiple roads you could hear the Alabama State Troopers making traffic stops.
If Troopers Kevin Cook wrote tickets for every stop he made, well he had to go by Office Depot and purchase more pens and computer ink. Trooper Cook was working rapidly to slow traffic down.
The Alabama Department of Public Safety received a grant to work the Alabama Highways during Spring Break. That allowed more Trooper work force on the roads.
The Dothan Post, which covers - I think at least 10 counties - is under the command on Captain Tracy Nelson. Captain Nelson had this post Troopers on the road working to save lives.
The Highway Patrol Division of ALEA is under the command of OZark native Charles Ward. Colonel Ward knows what it is like to be a Trooper on the road and works on programs to save lives.
