Tropical Storm Patty could form soon in the Atlantic

It's looking more likely that there will be another tropical storm in the Atlantic soon. The National Hurricane Center said a "vigorous" tropical wave continued to organize and could become a tropical depression or storm during the next day or so.
They raised the probability of development to 90 percent over the next five days. As of Monday morning the system was located about 200 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.
A storm has to have a closed circulation and winds of at least 39 mph to be considered a tropical storm and get a name. The next name on the list is Patty.
