Two Arrested on Drug Related Charges

On August 17, 2018 members of the United States Marshal’s Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force in collaboration with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed arrests on individuals with narcotics related arrest warrants.
Bonnie Jean Barnes and Earl Ray Barnes were arrested at their home in the Rocky Creek community. During their arrests Bonnie was additionally found to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Sammuel Lee Gibson was subsequently located in the Shady Grove community with assistance provided by members of the Sneads Police Department and was also arrested.
Additional arrests are forthcoming as Sheriff Lou Roberts remains committed to the fight to rid our community of illegal narcotics and those who choose to manufacture, transport, deliver and/or sell illegal narcotics.

The United States Marshal’s Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force is comprised of members of the following agencies to include, but not limited to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, the Panama City Police Department, the Panama City Beach Police Department, and US Customs and Border Patrol.
