DOTHAN: Dothan Police and Houston County Deputies responded to H2O motor Sports on Reeves Street. Reports are the suspects were being held at gun point. Multiple officers are on the scene. No more information is available at this time.

Over the weekend the owner of H2O Sports noticed a vehicle there for sale was missing. Today the owner asked staff if they had the vehicle over the weekend. No one did but the vehicle was back.

The owners reviewed security footage and saw that a couple of people had lived in the building over the weekend.

The Houston County Sheriff Department was called. The area was processed and an investigation was initiated.

Tonight employees were working at the store. The alarm sounded and suspect(s) came over the fence. The employees were alerted and able to apprehend one suspect.

Dothan Police, Houston County Sheriff Deputies and Kinsey Police responded. Dothan K-9 units were deployed but the other suspect(s) was able to escape capture FOR THE SHORT TIME BEING.

One suspect was taken into custody by Dothan Police. His custody was later transferred to Houston County Sheriff Department. 

Houston County Sheriff Deputies are taking the lead in this case because the call was initially reported to them. Houston County Criminal Investigation Commander Lt. Arias and Investigator Sgt. Hatcher were on the scene.
