DOTHAN: 10:37 PM. Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - local EMS to 2463 Kinsey Road to Reports Of a gunshot. Time of dispatch was 10:30 PM.
Within seconds of dispatch Dothan 911 informed Responding Units that patient was being transported by private vehicle.
A Dothan Police Officer picked up on the private auto as they were passing Old Webb Road on Ross Clark Circle with Emergency flashers On.
Dothan Police followed to the emergency room of local hospital. Other Dothan Police Officers responded to the scene.
The Dothan Police Officers at the local hospital called for a Criminal Investigator to respond.
The subject was reported shot in the back. Exact condition is unknown.
Dothan Police Patrol are working to find the exact location of the shooting. While Dothan Police Officers at the local emergency room are working to sort the details.
The case is under investigation. At this time this is all we know.
