DALE COUNTY:   8:23 PM.   OZARK - Dale County 911 has dispatched emergency units to another motor vehicle accident. This accident also involves a motorcycle reported to be in the ditch.


Haynes Life Flight has been auto launched.


The accident location is 898 County Road 52 Ariton. County Road 51 is off Highway 51.


Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum and members of the Dale County Sheriff Deputies are rolling to the scene.


Alabama State Troopers Have Dispatched Trooper Corporal to the scene.

Haynes Lifeflight transported the patient to SAMC. The patient is critical.

The victim of the accident has passed away.


Alabama State Troopers are in charge of the investigation of the accident.
