DOTHAN:     5:01 PM     Dothan Police are in foot pursuit southbound on Montgomery Highway from KOHL'S, Murphy Mill Road and Battery Source.

5:03 PM Dothan Police have just apprehended him.

The chase started from Kohl's across Montgomery Highway in front of Ashley's Furniture and back across the road to Battery Source.

A caller to 911 reported the suspect threw a book bag into the creek.

Multiple Dothan Police units responded to the area as Dothan Police Officers were in actual foot chase. But guess what! They apprehended the suspect.

Possibly two more suspects at Targets. Multiple Officers in area and looking.

Dothan Police are investigating.

Dothan Police have recovered items the suspect through in the creek. This recovery comes from citizens being alert and calling law enforcement.
