HENRY COUNTY:   2:00 PM    Henry County Sheriff Officials are responding to or on the scene of a drowning in Riverview Forest on Lake Eufaula.


The units are rolling or present on the scene. Details are not known at this time.

The drowning victim has been transported by ambulance to Medical Center Barbour. The condition is unknown at this time.

Henry County Coroner Derek Wright has identified the deceased at 14 year old Tyson Thomas. He is from Dallas Georgia but was visiting his step mom. Family carried him and some friends to the lake for a fun filled day.


Mr. Thomas was pronounced dead at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula.
