DOTHAN: .  This past Wednesday Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - Pilcher Ambulance to a serious/critical emergency on Denton Road and Dempsey Court.


During a domestic altercation while traveling down the road reports are the gentleman jumped from the moving vehicle during the domestic arguement. Reports are the vehicle was traveling around 45 MPH.


Reports are the victim received major injuries where his head struck the pavement when he jumped from the vehicle.


The subect was transported by ambulance to a local hospital under a trauma alert with severe injuries.


Dothan Police is investigating. As of yesterday the subject was still in the hospital in serious condition.

We have been notified the victim in this incident has passed away.


The deceased has been identified as 26 year old Jalen Salter. He actually is reported to have passed away on February 27, 2019.
