TAYLOR:       7:49 AM.    Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Sheriff Deputies, Pilcher Ambulance and Taylor UNPAID PROFESSIONAL FIRE to the intersection of Highway 52 West and Brannon Stand Road intersection. A black female was thrown from a moving vehicle into the intersection.


Houston County 911 reported a vehicle was westbound that the female was thrown from. The female was surrounded by bystanders in the middle of the inspection.


Houston County Sheriff Patrol Sgt. Asbill was the first deputy on the scene. The female was conscious but not responsive. Several people, to include a medical person and a off duty Dothan Fireman assisted with the patient.


Pilcher Ambulance arrived and transported the female emergency to FLowers Hospital. Deputy Asbill and Brunson followed the ambulance to the hospital.


Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza was also on the scene.

Columbia Police apprehended the suspect that threw the female from the vehicle. The details as to why are not known at this time.


Arrested and booked into the Houston County Jail was James Earl Wymes. He was arrested for Dominic Vilemce 2nd and has a $ 5,000.00 bond.
