MADRID:    5:00 PM.   Houston County Sheriff Deputies, Cottonwood Rescue and other emergency units are on the scene of a person who has threatened to commit suicide. The person fled on foot in the woods.


As of 6:37 PM Sheriff Deputies are in the area searching for the victim.


The deputies on the scene returned Cottonwod Rescue back to service and will dispatch theback to the scene if the subject is located.

Victim has been located and okay.
