Geneva:      Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms and members of Geneva County Sheriff Department were on top of things tonight. UNCONFIRMED an attempted jail break got spoiled.


Multiple reports of law enforcement activity at the jail.

Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms reported Contrary to report no jail break. A fight when county and Correctionsl Officers removed inmates other inmates destroyed property. The Geneva County Jail is just crowded. Sheriff Helms said there were no injuries.


Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson has taken some of the Geneva County prisoners to the Dale County Jail assisting Sheriff Helms.
