COLUMBIA:    9:17 PM.   Houston County Sheriff Deputies dispatched a deputy to the 200 block of Church Street in Columbia. Reports of a occupied vehicle that had been running for about 10 hours.


When Houston County Sheriff Deputy Hall arrived on the scene Deputy Hall called for additional assistance.


Houston County Sheriff Deputy Campbell assigned to Criminal Investigation Division was dispatched to the scene.


Houston County Coroner Robert Byrd has been dispatched to the scene.


At the time of this article the exact circumstances are not known. Multiple deputies are on the scene.

The death has been ruled a death by natural causes.
