OZARK:     09:12 AM.  Ozark Police and Dale County Sheriff units are on Will Logan Road in Ozark at Timberline Drive where a deceased body has been found in the ditch.


At this time we do not know if a natural death or accidental death.


Ozark Police and Dale County Sheriff units are on the scene conducting an investigation.

We just spoke to Ozark Police Chief Marlos Walker; he stated that the preliminary investigation it appears to be a Hit and Run Death. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
