DOTHAN: At 4:47 PM… Dothan Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress call at 1620 Persimmons Street. Report are three black females one armed with a knife forced the occupants back into the home. The three left in a small passenger vehicle when a responding police unit spotted the vehicle and stopped it on Fountain Street.
The three females were detained until other officers could make contact with the alleged victim. Dothan Police are investigating the incident.
UPDATED at 5:09 PM
The call was changed to a suspicious circumstance involving a domestic dispute.
