UPDATED at 5:30 PM... Burglary in Progress in the 1200 Block of Valley Forge Road

DOTHAN: At 5:19 PM... Dothan 911 Dispatch Center Dispatched Dothan Police to a burglary in progress at 1212 Valley Forge Road for a person in the attic. The PR advised they could hear someone in the attic and it sounded like they were trying to get out.


At 5:21 PM... The first police unit arrived on the scene and is awaiting back up. Other units are now arriving to help search the home.


UPDATED @ 5:25 PM...


Police units are making entry into the home at this time.


UPDATED @ 5:30 PM...


Units have cleared the home and didn't find anything. All units have gone back into service.
