UPDATED at 6:20 PM... Burglary in Progress on Jimbo Road

HOUSTON COUNTY: At 5:55 Houston County and Ashford Police are responding to a report of a burglary in progress in the 1900 block of Jimbo Road. Reports are a blue pick up truck backed up to the door and the home owner is out of town.


At 6:00 PM.. the first deputy has arrived on the scene of the burglary in progress.


UPDATED @ 6:20 PM...


Deputies discovered the people were laying carpet and not burglarizing the home. All unit went back in service.
