HOUSTON COUNTY:   Dothan - Houston County Emergency Management Director Chris Judah and Dothan Training Batallion Chief Stephen Messer have worked up some training opportunities for the Houston County Volunteer Firefighter's.

Deadline is today but being extended through Monday for the voluteers to sign up

Training is needed to further the talents of the volunteer fireman across Houston County. The fireman can take part in each of the training or certain parts. The training will be Saturday, January 6 at the Dothan Fire Training at Westgate Fire Station on Westgate Parkway.

The following is the scheduled training:

09:00 - 12:00 PM  CPR Healthcare Provider

09:00 - 12:00 PM  Deploying the initial hoselines and Fire Streams

1:00PM - 5:00 PM Structure Search Techniques

09:00AM - 5:00 PM   Fire Ground Command and Control ( Part One )
