Victim Identifyed in Yesterday's Industrial Accident

On March 19th, 2019 at approximately 2:49 pm the Marianna Police Department responded to 4178 Lafayette Street in reference to a report of a subject down. Upon arrival officers observed a male subject who appeared to have fallen through the roof while conducting repairs to the building. Jackson County EMS pronounced the subject deceased on scene.
The deceased was transported to the District 14 Medical Examiner’s Office. At this time, no foul play is expected. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. This investigation is currently ongoing.

The deceased is George Robert Paul W/M 57 YOA from Bonifay, FL.
