ALABAMA:   When one seeks election as Alabama Attorney General or District Attorney or gets elected as such, they love to poke their chests out and state they are the "Chief Law Enforcement Officer Of Alabama".


Which is a lie. They are the "Chief Prosecutor" but not the "Chief Law Enforcement Officer". But they pretend.


They also want to spout of they protect the citizens.


In Alabama the "appointed who wants to be elected Attorney General, Steve Marshall" is one of those characters. He filed lawsuits on bingo.


Recently it was announced that Alabama is the 3rd highest on murder cases in the entire United States of America.


In Jefferson County Alabama you have a failed Birmingham Police Department. The Chief Law Enforcement Officer, Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale, is an apparent coward and not stepping up to the plate. You see, Birmingham is in Jefferson County not Jefferson County in Birmingham. Mike Hale, the Sheriff, has a sworn duty to step up to the plate when the local law enforcement is a failure.


And Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has a sworn duty to step up to the plate and make a difference.


But instead of protecting life, getting crime under control, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall wants to focus on bingo while blood is flowing from dead bodies across Alabama from acts of violence, murder.


And some District Attorney's can not get convictions because they do not know how to try a case.
