AUBURN: With the mere "swipe" of a pen a law enforcement officer can alter or change a person's life. And the following article is a great example.
UNDERSTAND, I do not know any of the facts or circumstances of the arrest. What I do know is the "innocent until proven guilty" statements are total garbage. Because the mere arrest has altered and changed a young man's life.
That change, well it could be for the good. But that change can also be bad.
However, law enforcement officers need to have a very clear understanding, the mere swipe of your pen can have drastic affects over someone's life. Because in this case the man has not even been proven guilty or not guilty.
NOTE: An event during the storm recently "could have" had a ending affect on someone like the nursing home deaths. And the "lack of" a law enforcement officer interest could have ended in an incident like the Florida nursing home deaths. So officers who think " they know everything" sometimes do not. And their "know it all" personality could cause drastic results, most especially for their employer. This "major" decision by a law enforcement officer could have had drastic affects on him and his employer, such as criminal charges of "Willful Neglect of Duty".
LAW ENFORCEMENT ARREST ENDS SEAN WHITE'S FOOTBALL AT AUBURN
ARRESTED, NOT BEEN TO COURT, BUT COACH TAKES ACTION ON ARREST
Sean White’s playing career at Auburn is over.
Head coach Gus Malzahn announced Monday that the junior quarterback had been dismissed from the team three weeks into his fourth season on the Plains. White was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
The incident occurred just hours after the conclusion of the first game White dressed for this season. He was one of three Tigers players to be suspended for undisclosed violations to start the 2017 season, though he missed two games while Kamryn Pettway and Kyle Davis missed only one.
