Woman Shoots Mom During a Vacation Argument

PANAMA CITY BEACH: A Oklahoma woman shot her mom and half-sister during an argument at the Gulf Crest Condominium, yesterday morning.


Reports show that Jessica Fox, 32, was arguing with her mother, 60-year-old Rachel Obeniah and half-sister, 29-year-old Dixie Grover, at about 7:45 a.m. Fox was packing her belongings when she obtained a gun and shot Obeniah and Grover "as they were retreating back into the room."


The mom required emergency surgery and is now in stable condition. Grover had non-life threatening injuries that also required surgery. She is also in stable condition. 


Fox is being charged with two counts of attempted murder, shooting into an occupied dwelling and tampering with physical evidence.
