Yarbrough and McGhee Represent Capital Murder Suspect

HOUSTON COUNTY: Dothan Police Arrested the father of the child, Rolando Castillo Jr., (30) of South Ball St. Slocomb, AL, for Capital Murder of a child.
Castillo had his first appearance before Houston County District Court Judge Benjamin Lewis.
Dothan Police allege Castillo caused injuries which resulted in the death of the child. The child died on January 2, 2018. An autopsy was ordered and Dothan Police received the results of that autopsy on April 24th.
The charges are Capital Murder which could carry the death penalty for Castillo.
Representing Castillo are Dothan Attorneys Derek Yarbrough of Motley, Motley and Yarbrough and Shaun McGhee of Smith and McGhee.
