FOLEY: Today family and friends from all over drove to Foley Alabama to help celebrate a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Mrs. Lula Hardy Outlaw, originally from Cottonwood, celebrated 100 years old. The celebration was attended by her children; Eleanor, Eddy and Gayle, and her daughter in law Peggy ( Jim ) Hardy.
Two of her children, Carolyn Coskrey passed away in 2009 and Jim Hardy in 2015.
The 100th Birthday celebration was held at the Magnola Springs Community Center. It was packed with Mama Lou’s family, friends from all over, and her family she has made since living in Foley.
Mama Lou is a determined lady. She is driven first with her devoted love and faith in Jesus Christ. She is quick to tell you about Jesus and HIS UNCONDITIONAL love.
Mam Lou is driven by family. She loves all of her children who are living along with Carolyn and Jim who are in heaven today.
All of her grand children, great grand children, nieces and nephews. She loves each of her son and daughter in laws living today. She loves all of her extended family.
Mama Lou loves her country. She proudly displays a framed letter from Donald Trump which was sent to her wishing her a Happy 100th Birthday.
Ask her about politics and the condition of the world, we’ll hang on!!! She will get started and holds nothing back.
