KINSEY:     12:44 PM   Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Kinsey Fire to J.W. Rich Road and Walden Drive to a vehicle fire.


Sheriff 911 reported the vehicle was in motion at the time it caught on fire.


Kinsey Fire responded and Kinsey Police responded in order to make a report since the vehicle was in motion at the time it caught fire.
