DOTHAN:    11:14 AM.    Around 9AM Dothan Police responded to 1101 South Alice Street to where reports of a lady held hostage in the house.


Dothan Police rescued the lady from the house.


Reports the female was the victim of multiple sexual assaults possibly over a weeks time. The victim has been transported to a local hospital for treatment. Reports are the victim is an emotional wreck.


Dothan Police have a suspect that was taken into custody at Dothan Police Criminal Investigation Division.


Dothan Police Violent Crimes Unit is conducting an investigation.
