DOTHAN: Dothan Police Officer on Patrol spotted a male in a vehicle that has felony warrants and went to stop and make contact with him. The black male subject kept walking away from the officer and refused to stop.
The officer gave chase and the suspect fled on foot in the area of North Park and Choctaw. Other officers responded to assist the officer. When officers arrived in the area they began to search for the suspect.
After a short search they found the suspect hiding in a large garbage can and took him into custody.
