All defendents agree to a break for a meeting between defense attorneys.  The jury has not had lunch yet. 


Mr. Gillis is asking if there is anyway to find out or determine if they have arrived at a decision for any one or more defendants.  Judge Thompson says if you want to get a Allen Charge, the less you know the better.  


Ms. James is questioning about the Allen Charge.  Judge Thompson is going to give the attorneys a copy of the 11th circuit Allen Charge so they can read what he is considering with reference to the Allen Charge.
