DOTHAN: 1:05 AM. Dothan 911 dispatched emergency units to reports of a serious critical accident at 208 Roberts Street. A vehicle verses house.
The subject on the vehicle fled the scene in foot.

The driver of the van was not injured and was quickly caught by police. The occupants of the home were not injured and were able to get out safely. The driver that was caught nearby told police he was not driving. He was transported to the Dothan City Jail for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
