4:05 PM... Motor Vehicle Accident at US 84 and Forrester Road

HOUSTON COUNTY: Cowarts Fire and Pilcher's responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at US 84 and Forrester Road. Reports are the vehicle ran off the road and thru a ditch. The driver advised their brakes went out and they hit the side of the road.
Houston County Sheriff’s Office also responded. Also the traffic light is out at the intersection so please use caution when traveling through that area. The area where the crash occurred is closed until it can be cleaned up. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
