9:31 AM. Roll Over Motor Vehicle Accident Highway 231 and State Line Road

MADRID: 9:31 AM. Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched emergency units to Highway 231 South at State Line Road. The call was vehicle roll over and unknown on entrapment.
Responding to the scene, Alabama State Troopers, Houston County Sheriff Deputies, Cottonwood REscue, Rehobeth Rescue, Hodgesville Fire, Madrid Fire and Dothan - Houston County Emergency Management.
A vehicle rolled about 4 or 5 times. The injuries were not serious injuries.
The accident closed the northbound lanes of traffic for a period of time.
Rehobeth Rescue transported two injured patients.
Alabama State Troopers investigated the accident.
THIS INTERSECTION is normally serious/critical injuries or fatalities. The Alabama Department of Transportation installed traffic lights. As you top the hill coming from FLorida into Alabama you hit the traffic lights, thus often times results in wrecks, major wrecks.
