Alabama Elite Gymnastics Academy Launches New Program

Dothan, AL - The Alabama Elite Gymnastics Academy recently launched a new program tailored for special needs students.
Danielle Williams, Director of All-In Special Needs Sports says:
"It’s almost like therapy and they don’t even realize it, but they have a lot of fun in here. Usually they walk in and they are like wow and they just stand here for a minute and they love it."
Classes are held Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30.
"All-In" classes are 45 minutes. Child attends class independently unless enrolled in My Buddy and Me.
My Buddy and Me: Child is accompanied by an aide or parent in a gymnastics class. One aide/parent per child allowed.
"All-In" Cheer: Students learn jumps, tumbling skills, and basic stunts.
"All-In" Gym: Students learn skills on vault, beam, bars, and tumbling on floor.
"All-In" Ninja: Fused elements of: gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
