HOUSTON COUNTY: Today Houston County Sheriff Chief Deputy Donald Valenza submitted his name to the Houston County Republican Executive Committee. If chosen Valenza will finish Sheriff Hughes's term as sheriff and will then be the Houston County Republican candidate for Sheriff of Houston County for the next four years.
