Church Bandits In Henry County and Barbour County - Public Help Is Needed

HENRY COUNTY:     Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox is asking to the public to be on look out in the area around churches.

Chester Chapel Church in the northern part of Henry County on Henry County Road 48 was the victim of a burglary. Sheriff Maddox and members of the Henry County Sheriff Department are diligently working the burglaries.

In the burglary of Chester Chapel the sound system was stolen.

Reports from Barbour County are about 10 churches have been hit by these thieves.

Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox ask the public to pay close attention to the churches when you pass them. Note the vehicles and tag numbers. Snap photos with your phone and send to law enforcement of vehicles leaving the church when it is only one or two vehicles.

Law Enforcement can not be everywhere. But the public can look and notify law enforcement. Sheriff Maddox and all agencies had rather respond to a call and there be nothing to it then to not be called and they are cleaning the place out.

More importantly, GOD is looking and all knowing. Stealing from GOD'S HOUSE ain't real good. And knowing who did and not reporting it ain't real good. 

Cause when you reach the Gates of Heaven, do you expect " well done thy good and faithful servant" or "depart from me for I never knew you"? And then eternal life in hell!!!
