Daleville City Councilman Finds Himself In Dale County Jail

DALE COUNTY:   8:33 PM.   Daleville Department of Public Safety arrested a Daleville City Councilman tonight.


Officers arrested Councilman Marvin Len Wise and placed him in the Dale County Jail. 


Wise was booked on the charges of Rape in the second degree, Sodomy in the second degree, two county of Sexual Abuse in the second degree and Enticing A Child.


At this time he remains in the Dale County Jail.
