Early Morning Burglar Alarm at Sadie’s Flea Market

HOUSTON COUNTY: This morning around 2:30 AM Deputies were dispatched to a report of a burglar alarm at Sadie’s Flea Market located on US 231 South of Dothan. Reports are first deputies arrived it was believed someone was inside the building. Deputies tried to secure a perimeter until more back up to arrived.
Somehow the suspect managed to slip out, with as many doors that the business has and the layout of the business it was difficult to cover all doors until more deputies arrived. K-9 units tracked the subject but after a while lost the track.
Investigators have collected evidence and are working the burglary.
More details will be released later this morning.
