DOTHAN: Dothan Fire responded to vehicle fire in the 1600 block of East Selma Street. The first call to Dothan 911 Center was a fire in the engine compartment. Because the car was located so close to the house the call was upgraded to a structure fire. That caused multiple fire units response.
Once Dothan Fire Engine 1 arrived they got water on the fire and the call was downgraded to a vehicle fire only. All other responding units were returned to service.
