MOBILE:   As you look at the funeral pictures you see 27 year old Mobile Police Officer Justin Billa’s wife laying over her dead husband’s casket.


A senseless death of one in blue serving and protecting the people of Mobile and the State of Alabama.


Hundreds gathered together in Mobile Alabama to mourn the death of this young police officer. Very sad that at the end of shift this young man did not go home to his wife.
