I have had the pleasure of knowing Priscilla and her family for decades. Attended Memphis Baptist Church with them for many years. Friends with each of their children, Joe Paul, Mark, Marla and Paula, and her husband Joe Phil.


Not only is Priscilla nice, cordial, friendly and has a smile on her face. One thing her mother Grace Shelley Halstead instilled in both Priscilla and Retha ( don’t know any other children ) were to always be ladies. And both Priscilla and Retha are very much ladies.
