WICKSBURG:   How dare the Fire Chief Of Wicksburg Volunteer Fire and Rescue.

I can not understand why this lady Fire Chief did this 🙈

On Saturday, Wicksburg Fire Chief Wanda Andress had a Board of Directors Meeting at 5 PM.

On Saturday, Wicksburg Fire Chief Wanda Andress has two areas of training beginning at 6 PM. One was all firefighters were required to have their fire outfits they wear fighting fires. 

This lady Fire Chief had these men and women dressed in their firefighting gear on with SCBA’S. Chief Andress had some with the fire pumper behind the fire station on the fire pumper. 

Fire Chief Wanda Andress had the EMS Division practicing on a dummy ( they could use some politicians because they did not have enough dummies 💁🏼) where they practiced CPR and other medical missions.

Then following a hour of training Chief Andress had the 🚒 fireman and EMS return at 7 PM to have a follow up meeting.

Why ‘ya think Wicksburg Fire - Rescue Chief Wanda Andress was doing this? Chief Andress did this training to make sure during an emergency all Wicksburg Fire - Rescue Members would (1) go home following the emergency - they knew what to do and would not get injured or killed (2) the residents and guests of Wicksburg had service they could depend on, that were trained, and performed magnificent service in the community.

Chief Andress bakes cakes. The one thing that was missing was CAKE. I was hungry! 🤐

As we celebrate ladies in leadership, Wanda Andress does a great job in the management of Wicksburg Fire - Rescue as she serves as Chief. She takes command in a mild manner. But do not make her snap - she will snatch things together when required to do so.
