LET ALL THAT YOU DO BE DONE IN LOVE

So many times I have been asked...

Did you start fundraisers for children with cancer because you had a child with cancer? NO

Did you do the Angel Of Hope Statue because you lost a child? No

OR...

Why did you start doing headstones for children in unmarked graves?

THE ANSWER:

I GOT IT FROM MY MAMA❤️

Mother I have so many wonderful memories circling around in my head of you and I’m trying to think of the very first one and as hard as I’m trying...Right now I just can’t 😢

But I can tell you that I can’t think of a single bad memory I have of you.

I know from you telling me how you would stay up all night waiting to give me my breathing treatment when I was 2 years old. You said you could hear me gasping for air because I had Asthma and you would lay in your bed crying waiting for the alarm clock to sound for my next treatment. Finally after the alarm went off at 2AM you would turn the light on and to your surprise I would be smiling at you.

Mother I don’t remember that but I’ll bet all I have that from the very first moment i saw your beautiful face
I ALWAYS SMILED AT YOU.

Many times I would tell you how special you are to me...never once in the 59 years that you were in my life did you ever say anything that hurt my feelings. I pray that in the 59 years that I was in yours that I never said anything to hurt yours.

I do know one thing for certain Mom...

The day I get to see your beautiful face again....
