MACON COUNTY: The search warrant issued for Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange by a Macon County Circuit Court Judge. However the Judge wrote on the search warrant that he was clearly forced to issue the search warrant.
The search warrant was issued to "Special Agent Howard Sisson, Office of Alabama Attorney General".
The Judge wrote on the search warrant:
"Based on the conflict in information known to this court at this time, I do not beleive that this application for search warrant provides sufficient probable cause. One month ago, based on this information, I declined to issue the warrrant and the Criminal Court of Appeals supported the decision when they denied the Attorney General's first writ of mandamus, by unanimous decision. No new information has been provided to this date. The Supreme Court has now issued to this Court a Writ of Mandamus requiring the Court to sign the same warrant, despite this Court's opinion that it is improper according to the law. This Court will, as always, follow the mandates of the Supreme Court, although, it does so with the greatest judicial reluctance".
With that written, Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange took Alabama State Troopers and raided Victoryland in Shorter Alabama.
PLEASE NOTE: In the Greene County Search Warrant, the court blasted the Attorney General Office for misrepresentation and lies told to the court in an effort to obtain a search warrant.
In Houston County under Alabama Governor Bob Riley and under the command of Mobile County District Attorney John Tyson a special judge was appointed when all Houston County Judges recused themselves. The special judge was one in Crenshaw County. Tyson sent agents to Crenshaw County in an effort to obtain search warrants for Country Crossings. The agents could not establish probable cause, just as the agents could not in Macon County recently. The Crenshaw County Circuit Judge refused to issue the search warrant.
This angered both John Tyson and Bob Riley. That is when they sent 130 Alabama State Troopers to Country Crossings in a strict intimidation effort. All of the Alabama State Troopers present were in shock in awe that they were commanded to a raid with no search warrant. It was strictly communistic intimidation like Hitler would have done. Afterwards, Riley and Tyson had Troopers sit across from the property to continue the intimidation, knowing they could not establish probable cause for a search warrant.
Today, as you will see hand written on the search warrant, the Circuit Judge was FORCED to sign the search warrant.
However, these Supreme Court Justices do not want anyone inteferring with their hefty retirements. Like one Judge who draws over $ 9,000.00 per month in retirement for the rest of his life.
