On January 3, 2018, the Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a person Making Terrorist Threats in the 1600 Block of Ross Clark Circle, Dothan.


On January 4, 2018 Randy Ray Phillips, a 58 year old white male of Taylor, AL, was arrested and charged with Making Terrorist Threats. Phillips was placed in the Houston County Jail with No Bond.
