Multiple Car Burglaries in Madrid - Suspect in Custody

On multiple occasions over the past month, The Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of Breaking & Entering in the 11200 Block of S. U. S. Highway 231 in Madrid.
On Friday, July 28, 2017, following an extensive Investigation, stolen property from the Breaking & Entering was recovered, and Johnny Jerome Lee, a 34 year old black male of Dothan, AL, was arrested and charged with two counts of Unlawful Breaking & Entering a Motor Vehicle.
Lee was placed in the Houston County Jail with bonds totalling $5,000.00.
