This morning as I was walking out of my bank a man that I know came up and said .." Every time we have visitors from out of town my wife takes them by the Angel of Hope Statue so that they can see it."

They haven’t lost a child and yet the Angel of Hope statue means that much to his wife. He said "She absolutely loves it Steve."

Yes I Teared up and I was almost speechless. To think that it means so much to her that she shows everyone she knows when they come to visit her family.

If she had been there when he told me that I would have given her a big hug and not let go.

Have you ever just sat out there on a quiet day and looked at the Angel of Hope? She is so beautiful and a sense of peace and tranquility surrounds you. It surely does me.

Yes I love her very much and if you don’t already I hope one day soon you will fall in love with her too.

The Angel of Hope Statue is located at Westgate Park in Dothan, Al.
